The Nucleus Paragon Espresso Chilling Rocks are designed to rapidly chill freshly extracted espresso while helping preserve its delicate aromatic compounds and flavour. Developed using research into aroma retention, the Paragon system cools coffee immediately after extraction to capture more of the volatile compounds that contribute to its aroma and taste.

Each chilling rock features a liquid core made from glycerin and water, surrounded by food-safe SUS304 stainless steel with a titanium coating. The compact 30mm design provides an effective cooling surface, making it ideal for specialty coffee preparation and espresso experimentation.

Designed for use with the Nucleus Paragon Espresso system, this pack includes six chilling rocks.
